Debra Stefan Fitness Retreat is operating since 2008 as a non-commercial fitness and wellness retreat hosted in the private home of the certified personal trainer, Debra Stefan. Services include personal training, wellness coaching and your choice of authorized foods provided for 3-4 self-prepared meals, plus two shakes. Year-round fitness retreats include residential accommodations with common area access, self-prepared healthy meals, trainer-led activities, nutritional supervision from grocery shopping, food prepping and meal frequency. Weight training, circuit training, and yoga take place in and around the residence with the indoor pool nearby and bike outings on paved trails dedicated for cycling. Services also include private consultations with your certified personal trainer in residence and weekly phone consultations with Ph.D. of Human Behavior, plus behavioral evaluation. The Lifestyle Coaching program is unique in that it takes place in an actual residential home. Grocery store outings and trainer-leg activities teach lifestyle choices in an authentic setting outside of the gym. Clients learn personal training progressions with exercise activities individually suited for personal preference and capability. Lifestyle coaching provides a variety of cross training and recreational exercise to enable positive lifestyle choices.
