The residence is not open to the general public. Accommodations are exclusively for clients with a service contract. Under no circumstances are rooms for rent.
Accommodations depend on availability and deposit commitment.
Private bedroom options include a shared bath or a suite upgrade with a private bath. For this reason, the rate will vary.
King or Adult Twin Bed Option
The downstairs bedroom offers a king bed or two adult twin beds. This premium accommodation includes a private full bath with a glass-enclosed granite shower. In addition to the built-in granite seating bench, a handheld showerhead with a long rubber hose is detachable.

Only the downstairs suite is accessible through French door access down a private entrance hall. Room amenities include a wall-mounted TV with Roku, a writing desk, and a bariatric specification task chair. Although there is no closet in this room, plenty of storage is available with a high boy.
Additionally, a large armoire is available for personal use in the entrance hall to the suite. Uniquely, this suite represents the only downstairs sleeping room.
As usual, each guest’s accommodation includes access to the common areas of the residence. In addition, WiFi enables guests to connect as needed for family and business responsibilities.
Accommodations Availability
Please keep in mind that your preferred room or suite may not be available. Understandably, rooms are at a premium on a first-come basis. Without exception, your prepayment is a non-refundable deposit. So, please check your calendar to be sure of your commitment.
Guest privacy protection
The guest privacy policy stands since 2008 at the fitness residence.
My residential retreat is unique, remaining the first and only reputable private weight loss camp with guest privacy.
No visitors
Imagine committing to leave your home, family, and friends to go away to lose weight and get fit. You are tired, lonely, and hungry in your sweaty workout attire. In walks a group of visitors who thought it would be neat to “tour the facility.” Suddenly, you feel violated because you suffer a privacy violation just when you dare to take a big step toward your goals.
“Can I tour the facility?”
It is an actual home, not a “facility” such as a commercial business open for public tours. Debra Stefan Fitness maintains a non-commercial business license. For this reason, it is not subject to public disclosure of location, and there is no listing on Google Places. Furthermore, all entrants require security guard access to enter my private community. Rest assured that your experience is under protection should you come in-house.
Privacy and discretion are my value promise at the live-in residence.
Celebrities, individuals of high profile status, and anyone seeking a safe haven to go under the radar come here to focus on personal goals. Therefore, non-client visits are not allowed. However, one can view every room and common area of the fitness residence on the site, including an accommodations video.
