What to do before Weight Loss Camp- CPAP

What to do before Weight Loss Camp- CPAP

What to do before Weight Loss Camp involves options such as travel insurance, a packing list, and having a CPAP, if needed.

More importantly, you need to sign and return your Weight Loss Retreat Agreement. Do this BEFORE you book travel and before making payment.

Please have a solid commitment to replace old habits with a wellness lifestyle. Anything else would be incidental.

What to do before Weight Loss Camp means going over Debra’s Packing List.

Layers of exercise attire are the key to packing for a weight loss camp.

The packing list is a reminder of what to bring to the fitness retreat and is available upon booking.

Your fitness retreat packing list includes starting with modest swimwear and layered workout clothes. Bikinis, booty shorts, or sports bras without proper coverage are neither sensible nor appropriate for a serious fitness program. If you need help finding workout clothes, here are Debra’s recommendations. While there is no hard-and-fast dress code at the fitness residence, remember that modesty is a virtue.

Just remember that there is shopping near the fitness residence

Rest assured, that we will have frequent recovery breaks. Conveniently, personal shopping is a quick trip to a nearby store during a break. After all, we are 3 miles from the nearest Walgreens or Super Walmart. Moreover, we are only two miles from the nearest CVS drugstore for prescriptions and personal toiletries. The Vegas Fitness Retreat residence is located on a scenic golf course but is not too remote for necessary conveniences.
