Completion of one to three personal training packages (three lessons each) will likely qualify you to take Smart Cycling Class. Safe biking lessons cover the following basic bicycle skills to teach adults who don’t know how to ride a bike:

Adult Bicycling Lessons — What’s Included

Adult bicycling lessons include three private 50-minute sessions, or the equivalent totaling 2.5 hours (150 minutes) of instruction.

Each lesson begins with an on-bike instructional orientation. A bicycle handling assessment determines the progression and focus of instruction. Lessons are one-on-one and held in a private outdoor setting in Henderson, Nevada.

Most riding takes place on asphalt bike paths and trails, away from vehicular traffic.

Each booking includes one guest. Instruction is private.

Where do lessons take place?

After payment is completed, you will receive exact location details in Henderson 89011 along with private access instructions for where the lesson begins.

Session length

Each private bicycling lesson is approximately 50 minutes from start to finish. Client and instructor schedules may enable up to 2.5 hours (150 minutes) for complete instruction in one appointment. This will be up to the instructor at the time of student assessment.

What to expect overall

Lessons begin on a private paved trail for assessment. As confidence and control are demonstrated, optional routes may be introduced. Safety is the priority at all times.
