I  implement the daily use of these Indian clubs into my client routines

Most all of my clients order their own set of Indian clubs to take home.

Many people have shoulder pathology coming in to my programs and the use of Indian clubs has proven extremely beneficial.

Joint discomfort is highest in the morning and that is when a quick run-through of a few simple swing patterns with the Indian clubs can change how you feel about starting your day. Whether it be an old injury or just plain old arthritis, most of us can benefit from getting the joint fluids flowing, along with some heat and circulation into all your moving parts.

Even desk jockeys can benefit from a few minutes of Indian club swinging every couple hours during long bouts of sitting.

Indian clubs not only benefit the shoulder joints. Try a basic forward and back double arm swing pattern with a relaxed flex in the knees. You will notice every joint in the body including the spinal vertebrae undulating with subtle stimulation and a gentle easing into greater range of motion.

My experience with Indian clubs has been put to the test with adults in all levels of condition. Hands down, every participant gets an immediate “feel good” effect from swinging and breathing with these clubs.

It is vital to my business to own the right tools as I am a full-time professional operating my private fitness and weight loss residential retreat camp. The drills we do with the clubs beforehand make a tremendous difference in overall physical performance ability. Frequently, I work with morbidly obese weight loss clients 400-500 lbs. who begin their activities seated in a steel chair. The clubs still work well in this modification and the guys all agree that they feel their core even more when seated than standing!
