Maybe you need quick improvements to stay motivated. Then, consider making a commitment to go all-in. Keep in mind that not all applicants are eligible for this program. An assessment is necessary to participate in five-hour group fitness training.

No two workouts are the same and locations vary within the area.

Fitness Camp for Adults is a service of Debra Stefan Fitness Retreat.

Exclusively, it is located in a private setting in southeast Henderson, Nevada. Group personal training is available by appointment only. The fitness boot camp residence is not open to the public. Furthermore, outdoor fitness times may vary seasonally.

Early morning is the most empowering time of your day for a fitness boot camp. The most empowering place for group personal training is the outdoors. The reason is, that this is where you will experience an exhilarating exercise effect. You’ll benefit from a variety of strength and cardiovascular fitness. Honestly, the last place you need to be is an indoor gym!

Fitness Boot Camp is semi-private small group personal training.

So be prepared to make a solid commitment to participating. Each day offers a variety of activities and locations for outdoor activities near the fitness residence.

Meanwhile, you can attend five days, including Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for three days of strength training. Then, Tuesday and Thursday will focus on cardiovascular conditioning and biking. What’s more, you can add Saturday as an optional session. No matter what, results will happen when you devote 5 hours of your morning five days a week to make a lifestyle change.

Firstly, you will sign a simple waiver stating that you present yourself in “exercise ready” condition.

Secondly, you will declare any known limitations or restrictions. Then, exercise modifications and special considerations accommodate any reasonable limits for participation in fitness boot camp.

Thirdly, individual assessment and orientation will happen before group participation. Again, availability is limited, so call ahead, but read the FAQs first!

Your coach, Debra Stefan, will direct you through organized workout routines with upbeat, motivating instruction.

For example, a combination of agility and balance drills, fat-burning cardio, strength training, and yoga. No one is left behind. To be sure, individual exercise modifications apply to all routines. 

In other words, no matter your limitations, you will get a good workout and lose weight fast. As a result, the fitness boot camp will give you progress that you haven’t been able to achieve on your own. 

So, it’s something different every day, incorporating a variety of fitness equipment and scenic outdoor locations.

Fitness Boot Camp Activities in and around the fitness residence

The Fitness boot camp includes group personal training equipment including dumbbells, free weights, benches, balls, and weighted bars. What’s more, Power Blocks, Bosu Balance Trainers, TRX Suspension Training Systems, and Stability Balls.  On occasion, medicine balls, boxing, agility drills, battling ropes, jump ropes, and diverse outdoor adventures. Also, included will be cycling on single-speed cruisers, mountain bikes, or industrial trikes as appropriate.
